Self-Care Circle for Women--Stay Healthy During the Holidays!


Join us starting Tuesday, November 6th from 6-8 p.m.!

This group will help you:

Prioritize your own health

Provide tools for staying sane during holiday time with family

Explore work and identity (how does a change in work affect how you see yourself?)

Identify your own beliefs regarding self-worth and money

Discuss the human habit of being judgmental—with ourselves and others

Learn ways to set healthy boundaries—and why doing so is part of self-care

Figure out how to determine your own needs. How do you figure out what you need to be happier and healthier?

Set an intention for the New Year

The Self-Care Circle group helps by providing a safe, supportive space for prioritizing our health and well being. By participating in the group, you are committing to carving out some time--just for yourself--during your busy week.
We will explore important skills for good self-care and personal growth.

We end each session with some deeply relaxing hypnosis!

The 8 week group starts Tuesday evenings, November 6th (from 6-8 p.m.)

This will be a welcoming space to support you on your own health journey, whatever it may be. We start each group with a brief check-in, I provide information or an activity on the topic, we end each session with relaxing hypnosis. There will be a goal or subject to explore between each session.

The group will meet at my office, 50 Dietz Street, Suite M upstairs in Oneonta from 6-8 p.m. on the following dates: November 6th, November 13th, November 27th, December 4th, December 11th, December 18th, January 8th and January 15th.
