After getting a Master's Degree in Counseling, I spent 18 years as Professional Counselor. Often, clients would consciously want to change an unhelpful habit, but would feel like they ran into an “invisible wall” trying to change old patterns. I began studying the subconscious mind, where all of our habits reside, which is how I discovered the power of hypnosis.
After falling in love with the empowering tool of hypnosis, I became a Board Certified Hypnotist and now work as your coach with a “full brain approach”. I love helping my clients access the power of both their subconscious and conscious minds to overcome obstacles, fears and stress, navigate life transitions, sleep better and step into a life of thriving, rather than just surviving.
